Hi, I’m Katie, the founder of Compass and Coast Vacations. I am an Air Force veteran, current military spouse, and mom to three adventurous boys.
Over the past 20 years, my family and I have had the incredible experience of living and exploring overseas Japan, Italy, and Germany, and are currently stationed in beautiful South Korea. We have taken every opprotunity to travel the world and visit other countries while stationed outside the United States.
Living abroad has given me a deep appreciation for other cultures, new experiences, and the way travel can broaden perspectives for both adults and children.
Some of my greatest life memories have come from traveling the world with my family and watching our children learn through those experiences. Trying new foods, experiencing history firsthand, and seeing how beautifully different other cultures can be around the world.
I want this for my clients too. I want travel to feel exciting, personal, and easy; not overwhelming.
