Once I receive your inquiry, I'll personally review your trip and reach out with the best next step. Depending on your trip, we may be able to handle everything by email, or I may recommend a consultation to dive deeper into your plans.
2. Personalized Trip Research & Proposal
Once we're ready to move forward, I'll research options specifically suited to your travel goals.
You'll receive a thoughtfully curated proposal with hand-selected resorts, cruises, hotels, experiences, and destination details—so you can compare your options with confidence.
Custom travel planning fees start at $200 per cabin/room and vary based on the complexity of your trip.
3. Personal Proposal Walkthrough
For select trips, I may include a short Loom video walkthrough of your proposal.
This gives you a personal explanation of the itinerary, pricing, perks, and recommendations, along with why I think each option may be a good fit for you.
4. Booking & Details Managed
Once you've chosen your trip, I'll handle the booking details, supplier communication, confirmations, and important travel notes.
I'll manage the moving pieces behind the scenes so you don't have to.
5. Your Trip, All in One Place
Before you travel, your itinerary will be organized in the My Trips mobile app, giving you convenient access to your confirmations, reservations, daily plans, important documents, and trip details right from your phone.
6. Travel With Confidence
From the moment we begin planning until you return home, I'm here to help keep your trip organized and your experience as stress-free as possible.
